Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY
• All Salon appointments require A Minimum of 24 hours notice (prior to scheduled appointment time) for all cancelations or to reschedule. • On site events require a minimum of 1 week notice (prior to event date & start time) for all cancelations. • All pre-paid Deposits for are non-refundable & non-transferable in the event of any cancelations. • All no shows will be charged the regular cancellation fee and will require a pre-paid deposit for future booking. (Failure of payment may result in being banned from future booking). Failure to give the required notice of 24 hours minimum for cancellations will result in a fee of 50%-100% of the service booked plus any payment processing charges that may apply.
